Referring to your confidential Despatch of the
24th. October, 1914, I have the honour to forward a sealed copy of
the Order of the Court made in the action brought by Mr. Suffiad
against Sir F. T. Piggott.

On the 5th. January a sum of 3550 was received
through the London Office of the Chartered Bank of India, Austra-
-lia and China. I shall be glad if you will be so good as to call upon Sir F. Piggott to pay the balance of £55.20; or, failing pay- -ment, to deduct this sum from his pension.
